  • PREP

    Remove contacts before your service.

    Come in to your service with with no eye makeup.

    After your service for 24 hours avoid the following:

    No makeup removers, washing lashes or eyes.

    AFTERCARE

    Do not get your lashes wet. This means sweating, crying, steam from showers, saunas.

    No touching your lashes and avoid rubbing your eyes. Please try to leave them alone as much as possible.

    No sleeping on your face or on your side and avoid wearing an eye mask to sleep.

    To increase the longevity of your lash lift and increase the health of your lashes after a chemical service apply Elleebana Elleeplex Advanced Aftercare Serum or Elleebana Elleeplex Hylauranic Boost Serum 2x daily. In the morning and in the evening.

    These daily treatments can be worn under mascara (apply, let it dry, then apply mascara) or on their own to maintain optimum lash lift results and lash health. The gel formulas are backed with proteins, amino acids and vitamin complex ingredients to help restore proteins, speed up cell regeneration, and increase moisture levels to the hair.

    Wait at least 8 weeks before your next Lash Lift.

    Wait at least 6-8 weeks before your next Brow Lamination.

  • PREP

    Ideally arrive to your appointment with a clean face, but if that’s not possible I will cleanse when you come in.

    AFTERCARE

    Following the service keep the area clean using gentle cleansers.

    Avoid harsh chemical exfoliants and retinol/tretinoin/Retin-A for 48 hours following your service. You can still use these products leading up to your service if you are having threading services.

    Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive to the sun and more prone to sun damage.

    Wear sunscreen every day! No exceptions. Great options here.

    Wait at least 3-4 weeks between services.

  • PREP

    Ideally wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment or change into loose fitting clothing after your service.

    AFTERCARE

    24-48 hours after sugaring or waxing, avoid hot showers or baths, steam rooms, saunas.

    I will give you specific recommendations at your appointment for your individual needs but in general the key is cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize following the protocol below.

    Continue to keep the skin clean using gentle cleansers like Fur All Body Wash or Lycon Ingrown X-It Foaming Wash.

    Exfoliate 2-4 times a week with a chemical or physical exfoliant. Chemical exfoliants dissolve the bonds that hold dead skin cells together and can actually be less abrasive than a physical exfoliant.

    For exfoliation in the shower I recommend Fur Silk Scrub with Fur Textured Mitt or Fur Scrub Sheet for use in the shower.

    For out of the shower exfoliation my recommendations are my hero product, Lycon Ingrown X-It Wipes or the more gentle, Fur Ingrown Eliminator Serum.

    Moisturize the treated area every day using an oil or lotion that is free of harsh chemicals and fragrances. I recommend applying Fur Oil, Fur Stubble Cream or Lycon Tea Tree Soothe Lotion daily. These products are specifically formulated for use after hair removal and keep skin soft so the hair can get through the skin, thus avoiding ingrown hairs. Continue moisturizing the area after hair has grown in to keep the hair and skin soft and ready for your next service.
